This dish can hardly be called exquisite, but it really is hearty and tasty. Meat and potatoes are the simplest foods in every home, they can be cooked a little differently than always. The casserole can be made in several ways: from raw foods, from crushed potatoes, or fried potatoes and minced meat.
It is necessary
- - 7 medium potatoes;
- - 500 g mixed minced meat;
- - 1 onion turnip;
- - 1 glass of milk;
- - a couple of eggs;
- - 50 g butter;
- - vegetable oil for frying;
- - garlic;
- - greens;
- - pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Washed and peeled potatoes are cut into strips, and then fried until almost completely cooked in a preheated pan in vegetable oil. Do not forget to salt the potatoes afterwards, add ground pepper to it.

Then we peel the onion, chop it. Do the same with a clove of garlic.

Heat the second pan well and fry the onion in it for three minutes, then add the garlic. After 3 minutes, add minced meat to the onion and garlic, fry it for 8 minutes, constantly stirring and kneading with a spoon.

Put the fried minced meat in a pan with potatoes without stirring. Use a spatula to level the surface.

Next, we prepare the filling for our potato and meat casserole. To do this, beat the eggs in a deep bowl with a whisk, then add milk to them and beat everything well again. Do not forget to add a little salt.

The casserole in a frying pan is poured with a milk-egg mixture, then sprinkled with pre-chopped herbs, cubes of butter are laid out on top of the minced meat.
Step 7
Cover the pan with a lid, put it on the lowest heat and simmer for about twenty minutes. The readiness indicator will be the omelet mass, which should set well.

After the potato casserole is ready and the fire is off, you need to let it brew for 10 minutes under the lid.

You can make a casserole with raw potatoes and raw minced meat. Only in this case it will be necessary to bake it in the oven.
