It is necessary
- - 20 ml low-fat sour cream;
- - 200 g of ham;
- - 200 g of hard cheese;
- - 20 g butter;
- - 10 pieces. large pitted olives;
- - 200 g of champignon mushrooms;
- - 1 PC. a tomato;
- - 40 ml ketchup;
- - 1 PC. base for pizza;
- - 1 pinch of ground black pepper;
- - 1 pinch of dry garlic;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Take fresh mushrooms, rinse in warm water and peel them off. Put them in cold water for about 20-30 minutes. Remove and dry the mushrooms. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the mushrooms into thin pieces. Heat a skillet and fry the mushrooms in butter until golden brown, remove from the stove and cool.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine sour cream and ketchup, add salt, pepper and dry garlic to the mixture, mix everything thoroughly and brush the pizza base with the mixture.
Step 3
Cut the tomato into circles and place on the base. Rub the bacon on a coarse grater or cut into small pieces, place on top of the tomato, then add the mushrooms and olives, cut into circles. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on the pizza, leave it in a well-preheated oven for 20 minutes.
