It is necessary

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the meat, remove the film and veins. Cut the lamb into 3 * 5 cm pieces. Heat the pan well and fry the meat for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Then add grated carrots and onions, chopped into rings. Simmer covered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Then put everything in a saucepan and cover with a glass of water. Continue simmering for 40 minutes. Place the sliced tomatoes in a saucepan. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Step 4

Then gradually lay out coarsely chopped vegetables in layers after 5-10 minutes: bell peppers, eggplant, zucchini. Add some salt to the vegetables as you book them.

Step 5

When all the vegetables have been placed, except for the potatoes, put a third of the spices and half of the finely chopped greens in a saucepan. Simmer for about 15 minutes.

Step 6

Cut the potatoes into quarters and place in the pot with vegetables. Simmer the stew until the potatoes are tender. Add the remaining herbs and spices and simmer over low heat with the lid closed for about 5 minutes.
