    • 1/2 lime juice;

    • zucchini - 3 pcs.;
    • olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
    • broccoli flowers - 1 bunch;
    • asparagus - 1 bunch;
    • red chili pepper - 1 pc.;
    • garlic - 2 cloves;
    • red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons;
    • mint - 2 tablespoons;
    • potatoes - 300 g;
    • lettuce leaves - 1 bunch.
    • For potato salad with radish:
    • potatoes - 1 kg;
    • radish - 250 g;
    • shallots - 2 pcs.;
    • lettuce leaves.
    • For refueling:
    • egg yolk - 1 pc.;
    • sugar - 1 tsp;
    • Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon;
    • olive oil - 150 ml;
    • white wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon;
    • juice of 1 lemon;
    • oregano - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

Step 1

Royal salad

Combine all the dressing ingredients in a shallow bowl and set aside. Boil the quail eggs for 4 minutes and then chill them immediately in cold water. Peel the eggs and also peel the shrimp. Refrigerate them. Prepare lettuce leaves. Whisk the dressing again just before serving and pour half over the lettuce. Wrap them in salmon. Divide over 2 serving dishes. Cut the quail eggs into halves and place with the shrimp around the salad. Pour the remaining dressing over the finished dish.

Potato salad with radish

To make the dressing, combine the yolk, sugar and mustard and whisk together. Gradually add enough olive oil for the consistency of mayonnaise. Add oregano and lemon juice. Cut the potatoes and radish into slices. Place radish and potatoes in a bowl along with chopped onions, lettuce and dressing. Mix everything well together. Salad ready.
