Step 1

Mix the butter with the icing sugar, then whisk. To make it more convenient to work with butter, pre-soften it by holding it at room temperature for a while.

Step 2

Add the egg yolk along with wheat flour to the sugar-cream mixture. After kneading a homogeneous dough, set it aside and stand for 20 minutes. By the way, if you wish, you can add chopped dried fruits, nuts or poppy seeds to the dough. This will give the future liver an extra flavor.
