- - butter - 200 g;

- - sugar - 70 g;
- - milk - 100 ml;
- - vanillin - 2 g;
- - baking powder for dough - 10 g;
- - flour - 500 g;
- - icing sugar - 0.5 cups.
- For filling:
- - apples - 4 pcs;
- - walnuts - 50 g;
- - cinnamon - 1 teaspoon;
- - sugar - 3 tablespoons;
- - water - 5 tablespoons;
- - vanillin - 2 g.
Instructions
Step 1
With apples, do the following: peel them off and cut into thin slices, after removing the seed box from the core.
Step 2
Place the sliced fruit in an empty saucepan. Pour vanillin, 5 tablespoons of water and granulated sugar into them. Cook the resulting mixture on the stove over low heat until the liquid part of this mass evaporates. When this happens, add walnuts, finely chopped with a knife, to it. Stir well and set aside. The cookie filling is ready.
Step 3
Whisk melted butter together with granulated sugar until smooth. After breaking the egg, introduce it to the resulting mass. Stir properly and then pour the milk into the same.
Step 4
Add wheat flour and ingredients such as vanillin and baking powder to the butter and sugar mixture. Convert the mass into a homogeneous mass. Roll the resulting dough into a spherical shape.
Step 5
Plucking small pieces from the dough, roll them out with a rolling pin into triangles, the sides of which are approximately 11-12 centimeters long.
Step 6
Carefully make several cuts on each triangle with a knife that are parallel to the edges. Lay out the filling and wrap the future cookies, covering one side with the other.
Step 7
In this form, bake the dish on a baking sheet at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cookies "Charokh" are ready!
