Tagliatelle is a delicious Italian long noodle. In a modern supermarket, you can easily buy such a semi-finished product with various flavors, including spinach. Tagliatelle is made from durum wheat and is therefore very healthy for the stomach and low in calories.

- - 200 g spinach tagliatelle
- - 2 eggs
- For the sauce
- - 1 carrot
- - 2 onions
- - 250 g smoked salmon
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of butter
- - 100 g dry white wine
- - 300 g cream
- - pepper, salt

- - 100 g of red caviar
Instructions
Step 1
Dip the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water and cook for 9 minutes. Rinse in cold water.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, cut the carrots into thin strips. Rinse the onion with water and cut into thin strips with the salmon.
Step 3
Melt butter in a saucepan, add carrots and onions. Cook over low heat until vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Add wine and cream to the resulting mixture, simmer for 5 minutes. Add salmon strips, season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 5
Divide the dish into serving bowls, sprinkle with your favorite cheese and top with the sauce. Garnish with a spoonful of red caviar.
