It is necessary

  • - 1, 5 glasses of flour;
  • - 200 g of processed cheese;
  • - 75 g butter;
  • - 1 egg.

Instructions

Step 1

Pre-chill the curds, then grate them. Add flour to them, beat in one egg.

Pour melted butter into the mass, knead soft dough with your hands. Wrap it in cling film, put it on the refrigerator shelf for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Roll the chilled cheese dough into a layer 5 mm thick, cut out figures of any shape you want - here you can connect your imagination.

Step 4

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the dough pieces on it (not back to back, otherwise the cookies may stick together).

Step 5

Bake original processed cheese biscuits at 180 degrees. The food should be browned, then cool it completely.

Place the cookies on a large platter. If after a feast you have this tasty snack, just put it in an airtight container, close it tightly, store it in the refrigerator for no more than a week.
