Who doesn't love delicate delicious pudding! This is a very tasty dessert that is very easy to prepare. For example, you can spend forty minutes making chocolate pudding. It is worth pampering yourself and your loved ones in the end.

- For four servings:
- - 100 g of dark chocolate;
- - 85 g icing sugar;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 25 g of wheat flour;
- - 3 chicken eggs.
Instructions
Step 1
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a double boiler or water bath. Add butter, stir until smooth.
Step 2
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites until thick. Beat the yolks with sugar separately - you should get a thick mass of light color. Add the whipped egg whites to the mass, then the flour and chocolate mixture.
Step 3
Divide the flavored dough into four 150 ml tins (coat them with oil first). Cover each with parchment, put in a double boiler (in the absence of such, you can cook pudding in the oven). Bake for half an hour, check for readiness with a toothpick.
Step 4
Separate the chocolate pudding from the sides of the mold and place upside down on a serving plate. Garnish with fresh berries or drizzle with low-fat cream to taste.
