Soak 1 tablespoon in 70 g of water. gelatin for 25 minutes. Strain the broth, put it on the fire again, when it boils, put 400 g of pike perch fillet, cut into portions. Skim off the foam. Cook the fish for 12-15 minutes. Then carefully remove it, strain the broth through a double layer of cheesecloth again. Add gelatin to it, stir to dissolve. Take 5 molds.
