  • - pickled cucumbers 3-4 pcs.
  • - fresh carrots 3-4 pcs. medium size
  • - garlic 3 tooth.
  • - vinegar 9%
  • - unrefined sunflower oil, 70-80 ml
  • - tomato sauce 3-4 tbsp. l.
  • - ground red pepper

Instructions

Step 1

First, boil the beef in slightly salted water with spices (onions, carrots, bay leaves, black peppercorns) until soft and cut into small cubes. Then cut the onions into half rings and pour 9% vinegar for forty minutes in a separate bowl.

Step 2

The cucumbers also need to be cut into cubes. Meat and cucumber cubes should be about the same size. It is better if the cucumbers are not very sour. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Next, you should peel all the garlic cloves and pass them through the garlic press. For those who do not really like spicy, you can take a smaller garlic, but without it, the salad will not turn out so bright. Drain the vinegar and onions. Then lay out in layers in a separate bowl: onion, meat on top, then cucumbers, garlic and the top layer - carrots.

Then the sunflower oil must be heated in an enamel bowl to a boil (until it starts to smoke) and poured, spreading over the entire surface of the salad in a bowl. At the same time, a characteristic crackling sound is heard.

Step 5

The last step is to sprinkle with red ground pepper (amount to taste) and season all ingredients with tomato sauce. Mix everything and transfer to a salad bowl.
