Instructions

Step 1

To begin with, we heat the water, but do not boil it. Add 1 tsp to warm water. salt and 1 tbsp. l. dry yeast. Wait for the yeast to disperse, the "cap" began to appear, and add the sifted flour. The dough should be a little thicker than for the pancakes.

Step 2

Lubricate the top with vegetable oil and put in a warm place for 3 hours. During this time, the dough must be kneaded 2 times. Put in a frying pan, lightly greased with vegetable oil, let the dough rise a little.

Step 3

Put in the oven, preheat it to 220 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick. Put the bread on a wooden board, cover with parchment paper and a towel, let stand for 1-2 hours (this is necessary for the crust to become soft). Fragrant, fresh, delicious bread is ready.
