These scary cookies are not only edible but also delicious! Children will love it!
It is necessary
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 tsp salt;
- - 2 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 2 tsp baking powder;
- - 5 and 1/2 tbsp. flour;
- - 2 tsp almond essence;
- - 1, 5 Art. almonds;
- - 400 g of butter;
- - 2 tsp vanilla essence;
- - green food coloring;
- - Strawberry jam.
Instructions
Step 1
Let the butter soften at room temperature. Then transfer it to the mixer bowl and add sugar. Beat in the eggs and 2 tsp each. almond and vanilla essence. Mix all ingredients.
Step 2
Add flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and a couple of drops of green food coloring to the mixer bowl. Although you don't need to add dye: the cookies will turn out to be intimidating anyway!
Step 3
Mix everything well until you get a homogeneous dough. Roll it into a lump, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and line a large baking sheet with baking paper.
Step 5
Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Pinch off small pieces from the ball and roll your fingers out of them. Place on a prepared baking sheet. Using a toothpick, apply a characteristic pattern to the joints.
Step 6
The almond kernels will act as nails. Attach them to your fingers!
Step 7
Place the cookies in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Step 8
Remove the fingers from the oven and let cool slightly. Then remove the almonds from them and spread the nut in the dough with thick strawberry jam. Replace the almonds. A scary tasty treat is ready!
