A great version of the original summer dessert, which is best served not with tea, but with a glass of cool juice, milkshake or other drink.
It is necessary
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 200 g butter;
- - 2 cups of flour;
- - 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, slaked with vinegar;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - chocolate or vanilla ice cream;
- - confectionery sprinkles;
- - chopped nuts.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Mash butter with sugar, add an egg. Quench the baking soda with vinegar and pour the mixture into a bowl. Season with a little salt and add some of the sifted flour. Knead the dough. Add the rest of the flour and knead with your hands. The dough should be soft and elastic.
Step 2
Divide the dough into roughly equal pieces. Form balls out of them and lightly press each with your palm to make a cake. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, at some distance from each other and place in a preheated oven (up to 180 degrees) for 15 minutes. The finished cookie should acquire a golden crust.
Step 3
Let the liver cool completely. Place a scoop of chocolate or vanilla ice cream on one side and press down with a second cookie. Pour the sprinkles into one saucer and chopped nuts into the other. Place the side of the cookie in one of the plates and roll it so that the sprinkles or nuts stick to the ice cream.
Step 4
Place the cookies in a plastic container. Place it in the freezer for a couple of hours to completely freeze the ice cream.
