Step 1
Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix sugar (1 teaspoon), honey (1 teaspoon), lemon juice (2 tablespoons), cranberry juice or jam (1 tablespoon), add salt and pepper to taste.

Put arugula on a plate, top with sliced persimmons. Drizzle with sauce.
