- smoked sausage - 200 g;

Instructions
Step 1
Put a saucepan with 1 liter of salted water on the fire. While the water is boiling, sort out the rice, rinse it well and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 2
During this time, turn on the oven to preheat. Wash 2 carrots, peel and chop on a coarse grater. Remove the husk from the medium onion and chop into half rings.
Step 3
Put carrots and onions and fry in vegetable oil. Quickly cut the sausage and ham into small pieces and add to the pan with vegetables.

Chop the parsley. Remove the saucepan with the rice from the heat, put the contents of the pan into it, add the herbs and mix.
Step 5
Transfer the casserole mass into a deep baking sheet, level and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. After 20 minutes, the ham casserole will come to readiness. It is cut into portions and served separately or with salad.
