It is necessary

  • For pancakes for 4 servings:
  • - 220 g of buckwheat flour;
  • - 200 g of wheat flour;
  • - 6 tbsp. Sahara;
  • - 4 tsp baking powder;
  • - 1 tsp soda;
  • - 1 tsp salt;
  • - 800 ml buttermilk;
  • - 6 tbsp. melted butter;
  • - 4 eggs.
  • For base caramel syrup:
  • - 400 g brown sugar;
  • - 160 ml of water;
  • - a couple of pinches of salt;
  • - 0.5 tsp vanilla extract.

Instructions

Step 1

Sift two types of flour with baking powder, soda and salt into a large container. Add sugar, mix well.

Step 2

In another container, mix the buttermilk with melted butter and egg. You can help yourself with a mixer.

Step 3

We put a thick-walled pan to warm up. If you are not sure about the quality of the frying pan's coating, I recommend brushing it with a little vegetable oil. In the meantime, mix dry dough ingredients with liquid ingredients. Do not overdo it - we only need to get a uniform consistency.

Step 4

Bake pancakes over medium heat until golden brown.

Step 5

At the same time, you can do the syrup: just pour the sugar with water and boil for a couple of minutes. Then add vanilla extract and stir.

Step 6

Serve ready-made pancakes immediately, while still warm, pouring caramel syrup.
