Dip - a very thick sauce for dipping bread, crackers, cookies, chips, pieces of vegetables, seafood. It is most commonly used to season food that is eaten by hand. I propose a simple recipe for a delicious sauce - dip.
It is necessary
- - fresh spinach - 30 g;
- - parsley greens - 30 g;
- - green onions - 30 g;
- - soft cheese - 100 g;
- - sour cream 15% - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - almonds - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - lemon - 1 pc.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash all the greens well. Remove coarse stems from spinach and parsley.
The greens must be very finely chopped.
Step 2
Mix soft cheese and sour cream separately until smooth.
Step 3
Chop the almonds with a knife until they are coarse. Or you can grind nuts in a blender.
Step 4
Add chopped greens, chopped almonds to the cream cheese mass, salt, add lemon juice (to taste), mix.
Now you need to put the dip in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Delicious light sauce is ready!
