- - Green onions, parsley, dill
- - Hard cheese - 300g
- - Carrots - 3-4 pcs.
- - Egg - 4 pcs.
- - Potatoes - 8 pcs.
- - Chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
This salad requires a flat-bottomed saucepan. In order to easily put the salad on a dish later, grease the bottom of the pan with sunflower oil. Fry the mushroom caps and place them on the bottom of the pan. Finely chop the herbs and sprinkle with the mushrooms. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and put on top of the mushrooms sprinkled with herbs. The next layer is boiled grated carrots. Then you need to make a smear before the next layer. To do this, add a little salt to the mayonnaise. After each layer, grease with the resulting cream.
Step 2
Grate eggs. Place on a layer of carrots. Then - a layer of grated potatoes and finely chopped boiled chicken fillet. Do not forget to coat each layer with mayonnaise.
Step 3
When the salad is ready, it should be refrigerated for several hours so that it is thoroughly soaked. Before serving, carefully place the salad on a platter (mushrooms with herbs will be on top).
