  • 1 mackerel,
  • 5 potatoes,
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 teaspoons dry spices
  • 0.5 tsp of caraway seeds,
  • a pinch of oregano

  • 150 grams of mayonnaise,
  • 100 grams of hard cheese
  • some salt
  • a little black pepper,
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • some parsley.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and cut the potatoes into half rings.

Peel the carrots and cut into small strips or circles - to taste.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a frying pan, in which we fry the potatoes with carrots until a crust forms.

Step 3

Large three cheese. Choose hard cheeses, such as "Russian" cheese will not work, because when baked, it turns out to be bland.

Step 4

Put vegetables on a sheet of foil, level them.

Put the gutted mackerel on the vegetables.

Season the mackerel and vegetables with salt, ground black pepper and other seasonings.

Top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put a small portion of cheese inside the mackerel.

Step 5

Transfer the mackerel with potatoes and carrots in foil to a baking dish or baking sheet. Cover the mackerel with a sheet of foil, the edges of which are folded under the bottom layer of foil.

We put the mackerel in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake for half an hour.

After half an hour, we take out the mackerel and open the foil, set to bake for another 20 minutes.

Put the prepared mackerel with vegetables, directly in the foil into a dish, decorate with fresh dill or parsley and serve.
