The "Blondinochka" salad surprises not only with its name, but also with its amazing taste!
It is necessary
- - tomatoes - 4 pcs.;
- - sausage - 250 gr.;
- - hard cheese - 100 gr.;
- - large potatoes - 3 pcs;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - greens - ½ bunch;
- - mayonnaise;
- - odorless vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, wash them. We rub all the potatoes on a Korean grater.
Step 2
We wash the resulting potato straws well in running water and let it drain completely.
Step 3
Place the potato straws on a towel to dry.
Step 4
As soon as the straw is dry, fry it in vegetable oil.
Step 5
Put the finished potato straws on a napkin so that the excess oil is absorbed.
Step 6
Next, cut the tomatoes into thin rings, put them on a dish in one layer.
Step 7
Press the garlic and mix with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Grease a layer of tomatoes with the resulting sauce.
Step 8
Finely chop the greens. Sprinkle it on the tomatoes greased with sauce.
Step 9
Cut the sausage into thin strips. Spread the sausage evenly over the tomato. We make a mayonnaise mesh on top.
Step 10
Rub the cheese on a fine grater, then spread it in a layer over the sausage. We make a mesh of mayonnaise again.
Step 11
Put the fried potato strips in the final layer. Leave the salad for 30-60 minutes to soak.
