It is necessary

  • - Armenian thin lavash 2 pcs.;
  • - mustard 2 teaspoons;
  • - Bulgarian pepper multicolored 2 pcs.;
  • - vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • - mayonnaise 150 g;
  • - dill 2 bunches;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - lemon juice 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • - curd or cream cheese 200 g;
  • - green onions 1 bunch;
  • - zest of 1 lemon;
  • - fillet of lightly salted salmon 200 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Preparing the filling for the first roll. Take 1 bunch of dill, wash it, dry it and chop finely. Combine mayonnaise with mustard and half chopped greens and mix. Season the filling with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Preparing the filling for the second roll. Prepare lemon zest. To do this, rub the lemon on a fine grater. Rinse green onions well and chop finely. Stir the cheese with the lemon zest, onion and the rest of the dill.

Step 3

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the core, wash the peppers well and dry. Then put them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with vegetable oil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Transfer the cooked peppers to a bowl, cover with cling film and leave for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Cut the salmon into thin slices. Remove the skin from the peppers and cut the pulp into strips.

Step 5

Take 1 pita bread, brush it with the first filling and lay out the prepared bell pepper. Grease the second pita bread with filling No. 2, and put the salmon on top. Roll the lavash into rolls and cut into small pieces.
