Step 1
Open your browser, enter www.utkonos.ru into the address bar, go to this page by pressing the Enter key. On the main page of the online store "Utkonos" find the orange "Register" button in the upper right.
Step 2
Click on it. You will be taken to a new page with an empty personal profile. Please note that those fields whose names are written in bold must be filled in.
Step 3
Enter your name, surname, patronymic, e-mail address and a convenient address to you in the appropriate places. It is also advisable to leave your phone number, home or mobile.
Step 4
Read the user agreement and tick the box indicating your consent to the processing and storage of personal data. If you do not want to receive notifications about news in the Utkonos trading network, then uncheck the corresponding item.
Step 5
Click the "Send" button, which is located under the questionnaire. On the next page you will receive instructions for further actions: check your e-mail, the address you provided during registration.
Step 6
Open the letter from the Utkonos website, there will be an eight-digit number of your card and a four-digit password, also known as a pin code. Memorize or write them down. Go back to the Utkonos website using the link that will be in the letter. At the top right of the screen there will be two fields where you will need to enter the card number and pin code.
Step 7
Do this and click on the green "Login" button next to the field for entering the pin code. In the center of the page there will be an illustrated list of catalog sections (products, household chemicals, etc.), on the right - the same list, but without pictures.
Step 8
Choose the desired section and products, their quantity and put them in the basket by clicking on the green button, which is located under the image of each product.
Step 9
After collecting the basket completely, click on the line "Select address and delivery time", which is located on the right, above the large orange button.
Step 10
Enter your address, choose a convenient date and time from those offered by the system. You can also pick up groceries directly from the store by choosing store delivery instead of home delivery.
Step 11
Click "Checkout". Check the items in your shopping cart and click the green "Order" button below the list of items.
Step 12
Call Utkonos and order delivery from the operator, using the catalog on the website or the operator's tips.
