First of all, select a suitable jar. Need a small size, 0.5 liters will be just right. A plastic jar will also work well. The lid should close tightly. Pour oatmeal into the jar.

Add berries, yogurt, milk, fruit and sugar to the oatmeal. Close the container and start shaking it vigorously. When you see that the ingredients are well mixed, you can stop.
Step 3
After that, add berries and fruits to the jar, stir gently and close tightly with a lid. The oatmeal in the jar is ready. Place it in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 4
In the morning this unusual and delicious dish will be ready. This oatmeal should be eaten cold and stored for up to two days. If a banana is used as a fruit, then it can be stored for 4 days.
