- - green radish - 1 pc.;
- - carrots - 1 pc.;
- - red onion - 1 pc.;
- - hot pepper - 1 pc.;
- - parsley greens - a bunch;
- - vegetable oil (aromatic) - for salad lubrication;
- - lemon - 0.5 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse radish, carrots and peel. Peel the onion. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into a separate container, salt to your liking.
Step 2
Cut onions in half for making salad, then chop into thin half rings. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, mix together with the onions.
Step 3
Grate the queen of lettuce, margelan radish, in the same way as carrots, on a coarse grater. Hot pepper, it will appear in the salad as a bright seasoning, carefully cut, remove the seeds and chop into thin rings.
Step 4
Collect all the vegetables in one bowl and stir with clean hands to juice the radish and carrot. Season with lemon juice and chopped parsley.
