  • - 100 g chopped almond kernels;
  • - 1 ½ cups of rice;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 8 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
  • - 8 blanched almonds;
  • - vinegar essence.
  • For the Evening cocktail:
  • - 100 ml of black chokeberry juice;
  • - 1 glass of milk;
  • - ½ lemon;
  • - 2 yolks.

Step 1

Chicken Breasts with Cabbage

Thoroughly wash the chicken breast under running water, then pat dry with a napkin, cut into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil in salted water. Then drain the water, leaving 200 milliliters for the sauce. Cut the white cabbage into small wedges and lightly fry in the fat formed during the cooking of the chicken breast. Season the cabbage with salt and ground pepper. Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater. Salve wheat flour with butter in a clean skillet and dilute, stirring continuously, so as not to form lumps, cabbage broth, milk and wine.
