  • - champignons - 200 g;
  • - rice - 50 g;
  • - onion - 1 piece;
  • - dill;
  • - cheese - 70 g;
  • - butter - 30 g;
  • - mayonnaise - 100 g;
  • - cream - 70 g;
  • - waffle cups - 10-12 pcs;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Put the rice in a saucepan with salted water and place on the stove. Cook it until completely cooked.

Step 2

Chop the onion and champignons. Place the chopped onion in a skillet and sauté. Then add mushrooms to it and cook this mixture until all the liquid has boiled away.

Step 3

Finely chop the chicken meat, then add to the pan to the fried vegetables. Simmer the mixture until the chicken is cooked. Then add the following ingredients to it: cream, boiled rice, salt and pepper. You can also add any seasoning to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and cook until the mass thickens.

Step 4

Add chopped dill to the resulting meat mass. Stir well and remove from stove.

Step 5

Grind the cheese on a fine grater and divide into 2 parts, one of which should be combined with a slightly cooled meat mass. Place the resulting mixture in wafer cups. Top them with the remaining cheese and mayonnaise.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees and put the future snack in it for about a quarter of an hour. Decorate the finished dish with herbs if desired. "Chicken in a Cup" is ready!
