At first glance, this is a recipe for the most common puff salad with mayonnaise. But its peculiarity lies in the non-standard selection of components, the combination of which really makes an impression. In addition, not yet crushed walnuts give this salad an unusual taste.
It is necessary
- - smoked breast 2 pcs.;
- - eggs 3 pcs.;
- - cheese 90 g;
- - apples 500 g;
- - onions 100 g;
- - prunes 60 g;
- - walnuts 150 g;
- - mayonnaise 200 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil eggs and chop finely. Lightly brown the walnuts, remove the protective film from them.
Step 2
Do not coarsely chop the meat of the smoked chicken breast.
Step 3
Grate cheese. Peel the onion, chop and pour boiling water over for a while to get rid of the bitterness. It is better to peel the apple and cut it very finely.
Step 4
Soak prunes in hot water for 10 minutes, then rinse, dry and cut.
Step 5
Now put all the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl in layers in this order: chicken, apple, eggs, onion, prunes, cheese.
Step 6
Naturally, do not forget to thoroughly soak each layer with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Send the salad to infuse for a while in the refrigerator. Then take it out and put the halves of the walnuts on top.
