It is necessary

  • - sunflower oil for frying;
  • - 100 g of hard cheese;
  • - 2 pcs of tomatoes;
  • - 1 piece of medium onion;
  • - salt, pepper to taste;
  • - parsley.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the beef pulp into small pieces into cubes, fry in sunflower oil. Then fill the meat with water so that it is completely covered, cover the pan with a lid and simmer until tender.

Step 2

Rinse the rice with cold water and boil until half cooked. Finely chop the onion and fry in butter. Peel the eggplants and cut into slices, salt and leave for 20 minutes, then rinse and fry until golden brown.

Step 3

Mix the meat with fried onions and rice, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. In a greased dish, put the first layer of eggplant, then the meat and again cover with eggplant, put the chopped tomatoes on top, pour in the broth and sprinkle with cheese.
