The cone casserole is a delicious and hearty dish that can be prepared for breakfast for your family. The dish can be eaten both hot and cold. You can take a piece of casserole with you to work and have a snack for an afternoon snack.
It is necessary
- - 300 g horns;
- - 400 g of pickled mushrooms;
- - 200 g of smoked sausage;
- - 3 pcs. eggs
- - 200 ml of cream (or sour cream);
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 1 tbsp. ghee;
- - bread crumbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and let it boil. Add the horns, add the vegetable oil and cook for 5 minutes. Place the cones in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Grease the prepared form with oil. Cut the mushrooms into slices, the sausage into small pieces, like on Olivier.
Step 3
Combine horns with mushrooms and sausage, distribute evenly in a mold.
Step 4
Prepare a dressing. Combine milk, eggs, beat with a mixer. Add pepper, salt (you can use spices for pasta) and pour this mixture into the dish in the form. Top with breadcrumbs and pour ghee over the casserole.
Step 5
Place the baking dish in a preheated oven (up to 40 degrees) and bake the casserole from the horns for about 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh dill on top.
