Cottage cheese and cherries are the perfect combination for baking. For those who do not like sweets or for some reason decided to give up sugar, you can offer delicious cottage cheese cakes with cherries without sugar.
It is necessary
- For three servings:
- - 100 g of crumbly cottage cheese;
- - 500 g cherries;
- - 1 egg white;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of oatmeal;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of fructose;
- - 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, vanillin, vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the seeds from the cherries, put the pulp in a strainer, let the juice drain, lightly pressing the cherry with a spoon.
Step 2
Mix cottage cheese with egg white, add vanillin, baking powder, oatmeal. Add fructose and cherries. If you wish, you can salt this mass. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with baking paper, brush it with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
Step 4
Spoon the small cakes on a baking sheet with a tablespoon (4 cm diameter). Sprinkle with fructose, cinnamon.
Step 5
Put in the oven for 40 minutes, cook at 140 degrees. At the end of cooking, leave the tortillas in the oven for 5 minutes, turning on the grill mode.
