There are many recipes for making berry salads, because thanks to the variety of berries, you can create tasty, bright, mouth-watering and healthy dishes. Berry salads are especially popular in summer. Berry salad with fried nectarine will be a healthy breakfast that will invigorate the whole day.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 4 fresh nectarines;
- - 2 cups fresh strawberries;
- - half a glass of raspberries;
- - 1/3 cup blueberries;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 2 teaspoons of crystallized ginger;
- - 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice;
- - vegetable oil, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Nectarines need to be grilled, turn it on to preheat. If there is no grill, a special grill pan will do.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, combine strawberries, raspberries, blueberries. Add ginger, sugar, a pinch of salt. Pour in lemon juice, set aside.
Step 3
Cut the nectarines into quarters, coat the slices with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Place the nectarines, slices down, on the grill rack.
Step 5
Cook the nectarines on both sides for about 5 minutes. They should become softer.
Step 6
Take 4 serving bowls with 2 halves of fried nectarine in each. Top with berry salad.
Step 7
Serve the finished berry salad with fried nectarine immediately, without waiting for the nectarines to cool down.
