- - 1 boiled lobster or crab
- - 1 can of canned asparagus
- - 1 jar of green peas
- - 3 tomatoes
- - lettuce leaves
- - 16 boiled crayfish tails
- - 200 g peeled boiled shrimp
- - 20 boiled mussels
- - 200 g blanched or canned mushrooms, cut into slices
- Sauce:
- - 2 tbsp. l. vinegar
- - 6 tbsp. l. olive oil
- - salt, pepper, a pinch of thyme

Step 1
Drain the asparagus and peas. Open the lobster or crabs and remove the pulp. Cut the tomatoes into strips.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. To do this, combine vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Line a large serving platter with the lettuce leaves. Arrange all the ingredients on a platter in a separate bouquet or mix together.
