Light and unpretentious salad. This cooking option may well replace Olivier or "fur coat". A festive mood will be created by beautiful dishes under the salad.

- avocado - 1 pc.;
- red caviar - 2 tsp;
- cod liver - 1 jar;
- hard cheese - 50 g;
- pickled cucumber - 1 pc.;
- chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- lemon - 0.5 pcs.;
- mayonnaise to taste;
- fresh greens - for decoration.

Step 1
Before you start making the cod liver salad, collect all the ingredients listed.
Step 2
Boil a hard-boiled chicken egg. After cooling, peel it from the shell. Grate the yolk and white into separate containers. Prepare the pickled cucumber in the form of small cubes. Set aside separately in a container.
Step 3
Wash the avocado, carefully cut and free it from the pits. Next, remove the skin, cut the resulting pulp into small cubes. Get juice from lemon, 1 teaspoon is enough. Sprinkle it over the avocado slices so they don't darken. Cut the cod liver into pieces or plastics. Grate the cheese.
Step 4
Prepare a salad bowl or bowls. Place the avocado cubes in the first layer, then the cheese. Next, make a thick mesh of mayonnaise.
Step 5
The next layer is cod liver. Top with pieces of pickled cucumber, followed by egg white. Finish off the layers with a mayonnaise mesh.
Step 6
Continue shaping the cod liver and avocado salad with a layer of grated yolk. Place the red caviar on the yellow egg layer.
Step 7
Decorate the resulting exposure with fresh herbs. It must be washed, dried and cut. You can just pick it up with your hands. A delicious holiday salad is ready, serve it to the table.
