  • - tomato paste or ketchup - 5 tablespoons;
  • - cheese - 150 g;

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onions and chop finely. Put chopped onions in a frying pan with oil and fry. Then add the minced meat to it. You can use the minced meat for the casserole as you wish. Stir well and cook for 7 minutes. After the time has passed, add tomato paste or ketchup, as well as salt and pepper. Fry the resulting mass for another 5-7 minutes.

With the zucchini, do the following: Remove the skin and cut into slices, the thickness of which should not exceed 5 millimeters.

Grease a baking dish with oil. Place a third of the sliced zucchini on top of it and season lightly with salt. Next, add half of the minced meat mixture. Then again the zucchini, and then the remnants of the minced meat. The final layer should be zucchini.

Step 4

Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the casserole. The oven should be preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees, after which the dish should be baked in it for 35 minutes. The zucchini and minced meat casserole is ready!
