350 grams of young lamb, 2 onions, 2 eggs, 150 grams of radish, 50 grams of peeled pomegranate seeds, 20 grams of vegetable oil, 50 grams of mayonnaise, black pepper, salt, parsley and dill - to taste

Step 1
Rinse the lamb well under cold water and boil in salted water. Cool the meat and cut into thin strips.
Step 2
Hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and cut into wedges
Step 3
Cut the onion into rings and save in vegetable oil. Remove the onion from the oil and cool.
Step 4
Cut the peeled radish into thin strips.
Step 5
Mix lamb, eggs, onion and radish, salt and pepper and add mayonnaise. Sprinkle the salad with chopped herbs and pomegranate seeds on top.
